Strengthening Administrative Capacities

Objectives:

To exchange experiences on optimisation of administrative procedures related to support schemes for renewable enregy source
To develop a checklist for administrative procedures for the permitting and funding of renewable energy source projects
To elaborate recommendations for a more efficient implementation of support schemes
To brief policy makers in the partner countries on the findings

Activities:

The project partners explore approaches how to reduce administrative barriers. A checklist for administrative procedures is developed as the main tool. Policy makers are informed on the impact of administrative barriers and possible solutions. Further we present in a workshop good practices.. Concluding, SUPPORT ERS organises a final public conference to advertise good practices and recommendations for the reduction of administrative barriers.

Checklist:

SUPPORT_ERS has developed a report on good practices for administrative procedures in the field of renewable energies. The report includes a checklist which was developed to assess administrative procedures in different EU Member States and candidate countries. The report on strengthening administrative capacities is now ready for download.
